Der udføres flyvemedicinsk certificering i henhold til EASA retningslinjer for Class I, Class II, Class ATCO, Class LAPL og Class CC. Der udstedes førstegangs certificering, fornyelse samt forlængelse. Førstegangs certificering af Class I og Class ATCO skal ske ved et flyvemedicinsk center, der findes pt. ingen flyvemedicinske i Danmark. |

Aeromedical certification is carried out in accordance with EASA guidelines for Class I, Class II, Class ATCO, Class LAPL and Class CC. Initial certification, renewal and revalidation are issued. Initial certification of Class I and Class ATCO must be done at an aeromedical center, currently there iis no aeromedical centers in Denmark.

Certificeringen består af en lægelig undersøgelse samt vurdering i henhold til EASA retningslinjer med dertilhørende medicinsk spørgeskema. Udstedelsen af certifikatet sker umiddelbart i forlængelse af undersøgelsen, dette dog ikke i situationer hvor der foreligger uafklarede punkter eller berøring af områder der påkræver konsultering med eller henvisning til myndighed. Læg minimum halvanden time af til undersøgelsen.

The certification consists of a medical examination and assessment according to EASA guidelines with the associated medical questionnaire. The certificate is issued immediately following the examination, however, this does not apply in situations where there are unresolved points or areas that require consultation with or referral to the authority. Please set aside at least one and a half hours for the examination.

Til undersøgelserne skal der medbringes et udfyldt ansøgningsskema. For Class I og Class ATCO skal der ligeledes medbringes et udfyldt Mental Health spørgeskema. Begge dokumenter findes under dokumenter.

For the examinations, a completed application form must be brought with you. For Class I and Class ATCO, a completed Mental Health questionnaire must also be brought with you. Both documents can be found under documents.

Under konsultationen vil det være påkrævet at der gives adgang til Sundhed (sundhed.dk) og Fælles Medicin Kort (fmk-online.dk) med MitID. Ved førstegangs undersøgelse medbringes en kopi af hele journalen fra egen læge. Ved revaliderings eller fornyelses undersøgelser medbringes en kopi af journal fra egen læge siden forrige Medical. Journal fra egen læge kan alene fremskaffes ved kontakt til eget lægehus, den findes ikke online. Såfremt man ikke har været hos egen læge siden forrige Medical behøver man ikke tage kontakt til egen læge, dette forudsat at der ikke fremkommer nogen konsultationer ved søgning under aftaler på sundhed.dk – man bør selv kontrollerer dette inden fremmøde. Det er vigtigt at egen læge har opdateret den online medicinliste således at alene aktuel og ikke tidligere medicinering fremgår heraf, dette da der tages udgangspunkt i denne. Man bør selv kontrollerer dette ved at logge ind på Fælles Medicin Kort. Ved undersøgelser hos privat praktiserende speciallæge, privat hospital eller anden sundhedspersonale (herunder psykolog) skal journal fra disse ligeledes medbringes, man kan få et (delvis) overblik over ens sundhedskontakter to år tilbage på sundhed.dk under aftaler.

For applicants residing in Denmark it will be required that access to Sundhed (sundhed.dk) and Fælles Medicin Kort (fmk-online.dk) is granted with MitID. For initial examination, a copy of the entire medical record from your general practitioner must be brought. For revalidation and renewal examinations, a copy of the medical record from your general practitioner since the previous Medical examination must be brought. The medical record from your general practitioner can only be obtained by contacting your general practitioner; it is not available online. If you have not been to your general practitioner since the previous Medical examination, you do not need to contact your general practitioner, this provided that no consultations appear when searching under aftaler on sundhed.dk – you should check this yourself before the aeromedical examination. It is important that your general practitioner has updated Fælles Medicin Kort so that only current and not previous medication appears. You should check this yourself by logging into Fælles Medicin Kort with MitID. If you have had any visits to private specialists, private hospitals or other healthcare professional (including psychologists), medical records from these must also be brought with you to the examination. You can get a (partial) overview of your healthcare contacts two years back at sundhed.dk under aftaler. For applicants residing abroad, the only requirement is that they bring their medical records to the extent possible.

Ved undersøgelsen skal der medbringes et gyldigt pas eller kørekort. Ved forlængelse eller fornyelse skal seneste Medical Certificate medbringes. Ved anvendelse af briller eller kontaktlinser skal disse medbringes sammen brillekort / brillerecept fra optiker eller øjenlæge. Kontaktlinser skal ikke anvendes på selve undersøgelses dagen (to døgn for hårde kontaktlinser) men skal medbringes. For Class I piloter skal EAMR-nummer medbringes.

A valid passport, driving license or national identification card must be brought with you for the examination. At revaledation or renewal, the previous Medical Certificate must be brought with you. If you use glasses or contact lenses, these must be brought with you along with the prescription from the optician or ophthalmologist. Contact lenses should not be worn on the day of the examination, but must be brought with you. For Class I pilots, the EAMR-number must be known.

Forlængelses og fornyelses undersøgelser kan foretages fra den 45. dag inden udløbsdato på gældende Medical med bibeholdelse dennes gyldighedsdato. Alternativt vil udgangspunktet for den nye Medical udgå fra undersøgelsesdagen.

Revalidation and renewal examinations can be carried out 45 days before the expiry date of the current Medical, maintaining its validity date. Alternatively, the starting point for the new Medical will be the examination date.

De oplyste priser gælder selve undersøgelserne. Såfremt undersøgelserne falder ud med en uegnethedserklæring vil beløbet til betaling forsat være gældende. Undersøgelses priserne modsvarer en times undersøgelse, ved behov for gennemgang af større journal materiale vil det ekstra tidsforbrug tillægges, se priser under sygdom. Ved behov for gennemgang af større journal materiale bør i man varsle herom.

The prices stated apply to the examinations themselves. If the examinations result in a declaration of unsuitability, the amount to be paid will still apply. The examination prices correspond to one hour of examination, if there is a need to review larger scope of medical records, the extra time will be added, see prices under sygdom.

Ved bookning af undersøgelse accepteres ovenstående, herunder at journal sendes til Trafikstyrelsen. Ved manglende fremmøde uden forudgående aflysning debiteres med DKK 1000. Tid kan aflyses uden ekstra omkostning op til to døgn inden undersøgelses tidspunktet, og mod et gebyr på DKK 500 op til tolv timer inden. Ved manglende medbragte dokumenter, tilstande der kræver yderligere afklaring eller i forordningen påkrævet konsultation med eller henvisning til myndighed vil administrations omkostninger tillægges efter tidsforbrug, se priser under sygdom. Betaling sker med MobilePay eller kontant.

When booking an examination, the above conditions is accepted, including that the medical record is sent to the Danish Transport Authority. In case of non-attendance without prior cancellation, a fee of DKK 1000 will be charged. Appointments can be cancelled without extra cost up to two days before the examination time, and for a fee of DKK 500 up to twelve hours before. In the case of missing necessary documents, conditions requiring further clarification or consultation with or referral to an authority as required by the regulation, administration costs will be added based on time spent, see prices under sygdom.
